Kirkwood Distillery makes their spirit from fermented locally grown malted Maris Otter barley, one of a very small number of gin producers distilling their own base spirit. This fragrant and perfectly balanced gin is truly the taste of the Shropshire Hills. Made in the single-shot method. The higher strength of 46% ABV expresses the botanicals better and holds its flavour with mixers or in cocktails.
