We are a family-owned and run distillery built in a listed barn in Stanton Lacy, near Ludlow, Shropshire. Our grain spirit is distilled on the premises from a malted Maris Otter barley distiller's wash. The Rye spirit is made from malted rye and barley. We are one of a very small number of gin makers in the UK who actually distil their own base spirit before rectification.
